Steps to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to hello@startuplab.ph with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
2. Include the following in your message:
   1. Your full name
   2. The Facebook account or screenshot of your chat with our Page
3. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

We will delete all chat records, profile information, and metadata related to your conversation with us.
